Yesterday, I travelled from Gattahalli to Kadubeesanahalli—just 10 km.

Guess how long it took? ⏱️ 1 hour 42 minutes.

👉 That’s the real reality of Bangalore traffic.

So here’s my suggestion for every homebuyer:

🏙️ Buying inside the city? ✅ Measure distance in time, not kilometers. ✅ Visit during peak traffic hours.

🌄 Buying outside the city? ✅ Measure in both km and time. ✅ Match it with your lifestyle and commute frequency.

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮.

The question is no longer "how far?" It’s "how long?"
